Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will occur on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 1:00PM in the lobby of the Lester Centre of the Arts, located at 1100 McBride Street in Prince Rupert, BC.

At the meeting, members will be asked to accept the minutes of the 2025 annual general meeting, accept the auditor’s report, and accept the annual financial statements.

If you have any questions, or if you would like to become amember of the Society, please contact the General Manager at the information below. Note that if you would like voting rights at the Annual General Meeting, you must sign up for a membership on or before February 8, 2026.
